Return / Refund
If you are dissatisfied with the purchase of any of our products, for what ever reason, just contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by filling out our "Return Authorization Request" form. Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a RMA number and complete details for returning your purchase. After you receive your RMA, simply return the items to us in the same condition as they were sent to you. When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and then

Issue you a credit or
Exchange the item, whichever you prefer.
If the return is due to a misrepresentation on our part or a defect, we will
also refund your shipping costs both ways. If it is due to buyer error, we can only offer refunds or a store credit for the purchase price of the item,
not including the shipping cost.
